• No links or information about other torrent websites are to be posted in the comments or forums or advertising of any kind.
• Please read the FAQ and other posts in the forums before messaging the Staff or posting in the forums.
• Please do not post serial codes or links to cracks in the comments or the forums.
• All members are required to log into their account at least every 89 days or you will be deleted without warning.
• All members are required to maintain a ratio of 1.0.
• No seeding from cell phones or any mobile device.
• Unused accounts (accounts with no activity) may be deleted.
• Selling invites can get you and the recipient of the invite banned.
• Posting of videos must follow the same rules that are posted for avatars.
• Do not have more than one account as this is against the rules. Do not share your account with anyone. If you are sharing an ip address with someone else who has an account notify staff.
• Seeding is allowed from 3 ips only. Anymore than that you will risk losing your account.
• Seedboxes no longer are registered. Do not message the helpdesk or staff, we do not log them.
• Do not send messages to the helpdesk without reading the Rules/FAQs and forums.

Downloading rules - By not following these rules you will lose download privileges! 

• Access to the newest torrents is conditional on a good ratio! (See the FAQ for details.)
• Low ratios will result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme cases.
• Users with a ratio below .20 & who downloaded more than 1 GB for 1 week (7 days) will be warned to correct their ratio.
• All members are required to maintain a 1.0 ratio
• ALL torrents require seeding. READ THE H&R Rules
• Seed all torrents to 1:1 or for 336 hours (2 weeks) or you will receive a H&R warning. Read the HnR rules!!!!
• You must have legal rights to the file you are downloading.
